    Quality assurance for JME apps

Hi, last month I was watching a lecture of Daniel from Nokia Brazil, in WebMobile TeechWeek, one interesting point of this lecture was midlet sign discussion. He talked about javaverified process and UTI certification.

My question was: If my application pass in javaverified program, I have some garantee of portability between 99% of devices? Or not? I will need to buy thawte and verisign certificate too?

Does exist any other institution like javaverified process, that certify my app with some quality assurance certification?

No, you do not. The tests are done against device families and after the test has passed the application has been verified to work on those devices (usually a low number, like less than 10).
