    Re: Silent Call

    Hi thanks for the reply..
This is the functionality i want.
I want to make a silent call (the screen should not show calling ..abc it should e as it was before calling..)
Once the call is established i want to send some dtmf code depending on the the user's configuration...

Once i send the DTMF codes then i wanna hangup..

    Thanks..

    Hi Sohilr
it is possible that niten said, firstally u capture screen before answer call so no call 1 dialog will appear. only one issue is that light flickering at answering time for few second, if u solve the light issue so please tell me how u do this.

I think it would be better to share to all, but for learning , and getting flavour of new ideas.
    guidance is must for starters.

    Re: Silent Call

It can be done but requires heavy capabilities and without a valid use case your app will not pass symbian signed test criteria.

Don't want to tell the answer here but if you have a valid use case ask Forum Nokia technical support http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/tech...nical_support/

    Cheers,
    Jack
