I'm playing around with DRM content and was quite happy to get FW (Forward Lock) protected items easily.
Then I discovered that Symbian 3rd gem. only likes DCF containers.
By definition DCF must be paired with a DR file containing the rights object, so it is not possible to implement FW with SD (Separate Delivery) using DCF containers wihout WAP-pushing the dr file, even if no play constrains are applied.
But the fact is that I have downloaded a DCF audio file into my N91 wich claims to be "unrestricted" but do not remember to have downloaded any DR file.
How can this file be playable wihout the DR one? Could the phone get the wappush without me noticing it?
I tried to rename DM file into DCF and send them to the phone trying to repeat this strange behaviour but in one case it refused to open (original FW-DM file) and in the second it just opened it as an xml (original CD-DM file).
