You can view your application only in "installed" folder.

If you cannot see your application there, create new application

    and try again.

Re: S60 3rd edition : No app on emulator

    - Try to build your application from the command line:

(change to your installation drive and go to the source directory containing the code for your example)

    1.) bldmake bldfiles
    2.) abld build winscw udeb
    3.) epoc

    - Try to find your Application.exe in 'epoc32\release\winscw\udeb' and start it from there. It could be in textshell mode.

    I hope this helps

I hope u r using Carbide as the IDE. if its version 1.1 then create a new application
    do the following steps
    1. New in file
    2. C++ Application for s60 project
    3. Give a project name
    4. select s60 3.x GUI Application
rest of the speps u can do it.

then complile the code and check if the app is there in the installed folder of the emulator.

that comes by default when u make the application. what u can do is go to appname_loc.rls file and change to the name that u want. the rls file should either be in the data folder or the group folder.

    Hi,

Look for clean option in your IDE. or try giving clean command

    in command prompt.

    If nothing helps....

Last option, is to search by "filename" in the folder "epoc32",

delete the files if it exactly matches your program name.
