Re: [announce] cenrep 1.3.0 module for 3rd : call log duration and incall volume !

Anyone know if you can use pys60 logs module (or any module) to set the missed call status to "viewed"? I find having to click on the "show" missed call button very annoying and would like to build an application that tells you which calls you missed without clicking any buttons and waiting for a program to load.

    hello skyw66

I cannot get your question completely then also AFAIK and looking at the api docs i can say that you can't change the status of the calls from missed to viewed.

Let me know if i have missed something.

    Regards,

So please confirm this non-intuitive fact. I can retrieve sms messages, read them, set their status as "seen", and delete them, but I cannot set the status of a missed call as "seen"? Is the a PyS60 limitation or a S60 limitation?
    Thanks!

I think I may have found the answer to my own question. These 2 posts show that it is possible to set the missed call status as "seen" using c++.

Would anybody out there familiar with c++ be willing to add this functionality to PyS60? the86hitman????

    http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...d.php?t=178447 two new functions added.

to set the 'Read' flags requires more work, but with a click of the button it'l launch the missd calls logs and clear the flags...
