    Re: Open a page from Flash Lite 2.0

    Faisal, thanks for pointing this out. You are right, it's BrowserNG.exe. That is something I wouldn't expect and missed apparently.

    I tried following on N95 and none of them worked, except a flicker;

    Code:
    fscommand("Launch", "browser.exe,http://www.google.com");
    Code:
    fscommand("Launch", "BrowserNG.exe,http://www.google.com");
    I would guess browser.exe also exsists, otherwise I wouldn't expect the flicker. I will check that.

    As far as my Flash experience, "Launch" command is never practically functional. Neither on desktop, nor on mobile. We will release KuneriLite System plugin very soon, so that you can launch *any* application with *any* argument, which can be a good solution to the problem, together with the pain of fragmentation.

    cheers,

    Ugur.-

    Re: Open a page from Flash Lite 2.0

    hi,

    In my experiements i found that in 3rd edition, launch fscommand is unable to pass arguments to the exe files.

    if you launch an exe without parameters, it will start like charm, if you pass the arguments, nothing happens. this looks like to be a bug in FL's launch implementation as without args the exe start fine.

    best,

    I think this is a tradition of Flash not allowing arguments to pass for execution. Not sure if it's a bug, or a feature
