How to do something when user dial a number?

I want to add a prefix to the user's dialing number, that is, I will add a prefix to phone number when user dial a number or select a contact and make a out call. How to invoke my app to do it when user make a out call.

I am not sure I post my thread on right catalog, if I am wrong please tell me where i post.

You can only do it with Symbian C++ app, you'd need to observe outgoing phone calls, then end it and make a new call.

You might even need Symbian internal APIs (EtelMM) to do the trick of ending a phone call that you don't own. Or maybe Phone Client Extension would do the trick.

    Cheers,
