    problem regarding RConnectionmoniter

    Hi all,

    i am writing a code for getting the information about the data uploaded or downloaded
    via default GPRS services in own our application

    the following code gives me info about the connection id in my application

    TUint connectionCount;
    //Enumerate currently active connections across all socket servers
    User::LeaveIfError(iConnection.EnumerateConnections(connectionCount));

    TPckgBuf connectionInfo;
    for (TUint i = 1; i <= connectionCount; ++i)
    {
    iConnection.GetConnectionInfo(i, connectionInfo);
    }
    Logconn.AppendNum( connectionInfo().iIapId );

    // for moniter class
    iMonitor = CIAPConnectDemoConnectionMonitor::NewL(*this);

    // Must be called before any other method on the monitor is called
    iMonitor->GetActiveConnections();

    iMonitor->GetInformation(aConnIndex, aType);

    then i moniter the data via iMonitor->GetInformation(aConnIndex, aType);

    in this function i wrote

    TBool CConnectionMonitor::
    GetInformation(const TInt& aIndex, const TMonitorState& aType)
    {

    TConnectionElement elem = iConnections -> At(aIndex);
    TUint a1ConnIndex;
    a1ConnIndex=aIndex;

    iMonitor.GetUintAttribute(elem.iConnectionId,
    elem.iSubConnectionId,
    KDownlinkData, iDataTransfer , iStatus);

    iEngineStatus = EDownlinkData;

    SetActive();

    }

    but application gets panic at this moment

    TConnectionElement elem = iConnections -> At(aIndex);

    any reply in this regards will be highly valuable for me

    thanks
    vivek

    You are already contributing this forum for some time, so you could have guessed what will come:
    - what is that panic?
    - what is iConnections? Why do you think that it contains anything or even it is initialized?

    Re: problem regarding RConnectionmoniter

    hi,

    iconnection is
    CArrayFixSeg<TConnectionElement>* iConnections;

    and TConnectionElement is

    class TConnectionElement
    {
    public:
    TUint iConnectionId;
    TUint iSubConnectionId;
    };

    defined in .h files

    regards

    Where do you initialize this array?
    What is the panic code? (http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...ded_panic_code)
