One thought: Is the publisher ID still valid? If it is, I recommend you resign the content. If the problem persists, then I recommend you post this again at: http://developer.symbian.com/forum/f...spa?forumID=54

Re: Self Signed Exception error (Passive content)

Since this new express express sign works only on trustcenter publisher IDs [1], we already need to refresh the ID.
Our application is signed succesfully within this ID, so i think its a other limit/problem

[1] mentioned on page 17 in the "Complete Guide to Symbian Signed":
"Note that ACS Publisher IDs supplied by VeriSign cannot be used for Express Signed
submissions, although existing ACS Publisher IDs remain valid for Certified Signed."

And you have enough Content IDs in your account to pay for the certification? If that is also in place. The I recommend you contact Symbian using this link: http://developer.symbian.com/forum/f...spa?forumID=54

Re: Self Signed Exception error (Passive content)

If you have no Content IDs, you cant submit you zip file, so we have some IDs left. We also have started a request [1], but the answer is plain guessing...
So i guess also, that there is some file format or size limitation (as mentioned in [2]. But the answer from rodb (25.1) makes me wondering:-)

Fortunately Rod is the man to solve this. So I will leave it to him. It will be interesting to see what the result is...
