    [announce] AyIX v1.0.0 released

    AyIX is a pure Python-based emulated Unix-like OS for Series 60 mobile phones.

    Thanks. My initial reason for doing it was that any programs based around the appuifw.Text object (e.g. the Python Script Shell interpreter) would automatically try to capitalise the first letter of each line, which is kinda irritating for a case-sensitive language, and I couldn't find a way to disable that behaviour.

    The other thing which I found quite odd was the lack of any fixed-width fonts on the phone. Still, there are ways around that too.
