Unhappy howto on Mac Os X with mtj

Hello everyone! I preface who are new to this area and I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to begin to develop an application for nokia N70 (or as portable as possible) on Mac OS X, I use Eclipse 3.2 and Eclipse EE and have already installed the plugin mtj on both, but I have the problem that when I create a new project requires me "Runtime Platform","Device Platform" and I truly don't understand / know what to add!
I downloaded the midp v. 1.0.3 but it is command-line.. And from what I understand (I hope right) is used to compile the source code (correct me if I am wrong).
    I ask you to help!
    Thank you!
    Fabio

I am no expert on MIDlet development on Macs, but there is no SDK from Nokia which works on Mac (unless you run Windows on it).

Thanks Hartii!!! But I would know if nokia's sdk is necessary (and why) and if you know some tutorials, as possible in italian and/or on Mac Os X, about development of application?
    Thanks
