    Java Form size problem

    Hi,
I'm using Series 40 Platform 5th Edition emulator.
In my application, I'm using both Canvas and Form.
When my application drawing the Canvas(uses getWidth() and getHeight()), it uses the whole screen area. but, When using Form, the Form is much smaller then the screen, and the items within are much narrow and not estetical.
How can I solve this problem?
    Thanks,
    Eyal.

    Re: Java Form size problem

    Hi,

To my knowledge as far as I remember this is the expected behavior. Note that with Canvas you can use the public void setFullScreenMode(boolean mode) method of Canvas class.

Both Form and Canvas have their own getWidth() and getHeight(). So, if you use the apropriate method in each screen, your drawings should be ok.
