    Question Accelero: ±2g and ±6g user selectable full scale

    Hi All,
    When you take a look at the sensor api page you can see that there is a link to the manufacturer of the accelerohardware and the type. Here is a link to PDf file of this type:

    In that pdf the company says (notice the read lines):
    The LIS3LV02DL three-axis linear digital accelerometer includes a MEMS sensor chip that changes capacitance in response to movement or inclination. In
    the same package there is a trimmed interface with an embedded 12-bit A/D converter that translates this capacitance change into a digital word which can
    be read by serial interface.

    With the little app I made I have a reach of -2G to +2G. So its set to the first scale. They say the user himself can set it to the other scale. Does anybody has an idea how?

    Note that it can easily happen that the user is called "Nokia" in this situation.

    Yeah that could be... Too bad...
    It would be nice if nokia provided a connection to the accelerometer via USB. Like there is free software on the site of the manufacturer of the accelerometer that lets you write and read stuff from the registry of the accelerometer.

    Also I would like to be able to calibrate my Accelerometer. Because its raw data is not how nokia says it should be. Like with my display up the Z-axis never makes the -63, but -55 at most. When i turn the screen the otherside it returns me the values from 62-66 which is good. But the x and y axis do not reach -64 nor 64... I pitty that.
