Getting started for a Windows MMS app

I need to develop a Windows based application that does the following:

    1. Create an MMS message
    2. Import an MMS message
    3. Send an MMS message.

Is there an SDK that gives this functionality?
What is the best way to tackle this problem?

    Many thanks

If you intend to use java, you could use nokia's MMS Java Library 1.1 it comes with examples as well.

My company - www.anam.com - has a MS COM based SDK that allows you to create MMS messages and notifications. This is available right now. We will shortly have an SDK that allows sending to across MM7 and variants thereof. Mail me for details.
