Can I edit a .Jad file Programatically? If so how?

I am currently involved in a project that requires storing of a little data on the mobile phone. If it is possible on the .Jad file, I'll be happy to know how, otherwise, howelse can one do this. Please HELP!

Re: Can I edit a .Jad file Programatically? If so how?

    Hi,

To store data you can use the RMS - http://developers.sun.com/mobility/m...icles/persist/

Depending on the device, you can also use the FileConnection API - http://developers.sun.com/mobility/a...ion/index.html

The jad file is external to your MIDlet suite so it is not feasible to consider it to address your requirement.

    Hope this helps
