Provisioning problem: unable to save all settings. 1 settings saved

I'm trying to configure N95 SIP and network access by sending provisioning SMS.
Below you will find the original SMS content and binary SMSs including UDH and WSP headers and wbxml content.

The problem: When the user saves the SMS an error message: "unable to save all settings. 1 settings saved" appears and most of the configuration information is not stored.
However, when I remove the <characteristic type="APPAUTH"> section (including its </characteristic>) The SMS is accepted and saved well.

Could you let me know what am I doing wrong ?

    Thanks,
    Nbdr

    hi,

I don't know if it is the reason of your poblem but
in <parm name="TO-NAPID" value="WaveLAN"/> WaveLAN must the NAPID of an existing Access Point. I see that you are defining an access point but the NAPID (<parm name="NAPID" value="xxxxxxWLAN1408"/>) is different.

I would encourage you to define the AP first in the schema and have consistency between teh SIP profile TO-NAPID and the AP NAPID.

Dont think the post has anything to do with VoIP per se. Also the best place for this should be the end user forums http://www.forum.nokia.com/I_Want_To/ or http://europe.nokia.com/support
