    emulator problem with https

I made a fresh install of S60 3rd Edition FP2 SDK and it seems to have problems with https. When I try to POST to a https site (i.e www.gmail.com) even from its borwser, an error occurs. From browser this error is: Web:unable to perform operation (-26000).

The only result. It appears to be a 4 months bug. But no solution...
This problem occurs also in widgets.
I am wondering if s60 emulator is there to help developer or to pose him more obstacles.

    Re: emulator problem with https

In remote device access there is no problem. But right now the RDA site is down. What else can I do in order to develop a widget?Do I have ot buy a s60 phone and also pay for the network traffic??

    Come on nokia people...
