    Where can I find source code for s60 apps like rotate me etc

    For non-open source application, you propably wont have access to the source codes.

    For any application that actually is open source (source code is available), the first place to check is the developer's own web site.

    If they are not offering the source code there (or through some other site like sourceforge), then ask the developer if they'd like to provide it for you (for free or for a fee). However, if they are not already doing so, then the answer is likely to be: No.
