[Moved] how to access sensor using python

    Hi,
I'm new to mobile programming. I want to ask how to access sensor(accelerometer, gps) data on EMULATOR on s60. If any one have tutorial about it then please send me a link.

Re: how to access sensor using python

The S60 emulator has exacly 0 sensors. Which one of them do you want to access?

If you have questions about accessing a device's sensors using Python then you should post your messages on the Python forum.

If you want to use the accelerometer data using PyS60 use the Axyz module, you can read more about it here and for GPS in PyS50 use the standard Positioning module.

    Hope that helps,
