    For my aplication I just know how to make a developer certificate request and sign with a particular imei.

    Now I want to make my aplication symbian signed .

    can anyone suggest me the proper steps.

    Also tell me the significance of publisher ID.

    Check following Wiki articles:

    * Symbian Signed
    * TC TrustCenter Publisher ID

    And as Wizard suggests, you would find proper guidelines from www.symbiansigned.com .
