Over The Air settings specification ver. 7.0" for details.

    Hi,

I study the document (Over The Air settings specification ver. 7.0), and I can send the message to my handset nokia 3650. But I got the problem in showing the message before the "http://www.XXXXXX" are some strange HEX code,in following is the Hex code that i sent to my handset,

I try a lot of ways to change the header code binary value and reference to

, and find some articles to change the some binary value, but the result is the same.

if nokia has ever test the handset with 3650, follows the document(Over The Air settings specification ver. 7.0 ) and handset could correct shows the data?

    best regards,

    Amber
