    What do you mean on "I want to program for the command "OK" and "Cancel"."?

    Re: question about the command "OK" and "Cancel"

    Look for information about "CBA" and "softkeys".

    I guess what you need is that at some point the developer to be presented with some kind of prompt with two options, and these options are specified in the resources associated with that prompt/dialog or are configured dynamically.

    E.g. a basic applications would have by default the softkeys set as Options (menu) and Exit. This is so due to a line of code in the resource file:

    Code:
    // -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    //
    // Define default menu and CBA key.
    //
    // -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    //
    RESOURCE EIK_APP_INFO
        {
        menubar = r_helloworldbasic_menubar;
        cba = R_AVKON_SOFTKEYS_OPTIONS_EXIT;
        }
    -- Lucian

    Yes what ltomuta telling right .

    Another thing if u are creating ur own menu option

    There is a id associated with it some thig like below
    Code:
    RESOURCE CBA r_softkeys_options_next
        {
        buttons =
            {
            CBA_BUTTON
                {
                id = EAknSoftkeyOptions;
                txt = qtn_aknexeditor_cba_options;
                },
            CBA_BUTTON
                {
                id = EAknExEditorCmdNext;
                txt = qtn_aknexeditor_cba_next;
                }
            };
        }
    U can use these ids to acess them.

    For buttons like ok/cancel (ids already defined at avkon.hrh)

    they are EAknSoftkeyOk / EAknSoftkeyCancel .

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks
