    Usage of a handset in other countries

    Can a Nokia handset bought in India be used in USA (with roaming enabled ofcourse)? Are their any limitations?

    No limitations, you can use it anywhere.
    IDEAS is all they need but still they think only Genius can give them that.

    It depends of course on the phone model; the USA and Canada (North America) uses different GSM and WCDMA frequencies, and if the phone does not support the North American frequencies, it will not work.
