    Means exactly what it says...the codewarrior license has expired.
    Probably the next best thing would be to get yourself Carbide.c++ (express is a free version, while others are paid, you can take your pick)

    I dont think you can get a new license for codewarrior as I dont think its supported anymore.
    Carbide.c++ 1.3 is definitely a well baked product and pretty stable IDE, why not check on that?

    Edit : Tried contacting license.codewarrior@nokia.com ??

    CodeWarrior has a free version too so if you insist on using it, and still have the install KIT just make sure to select the right version when prompted at install time.

    As told already, Carbide.c++ is available both in free and commercial editions and is the Code Warrior replacement. Visual Studio is also supported.

    Unfortunately that is a 90-day trial what you mean, and apparently it has already happened on Netra's machine.

    Damn. CodeWarrior Personal was not free? (And my memory is that bad?)

    Sorry about the confusion but then here's one more reason to switch to Carbide.c++.

    Re: symbian c++

    In my opinion Carbide.c++ would have never got a chance if CodeWarrior had a free version.

    Hi,
    its well explained in the help document associated with the ide.
    If you have not this IDE, u can get a free edition(Express) from this side.

    Its just like Visual Studio.The project template wizard will ask u what kind of project u want to create.(select Symbian OS project)
    or can import an existing project.

    U can also do symbian programming using Visual Studio conveniently.

    Regards
