    How give time from variable in DateField?

    Dear friends,
    I have a small problem. I am trying to print Time in Datefield in J2ME. I am able to print system Time using following code, But i want to print Time from variable.
    my code:
    private Date currentTime;
    private DateField dfTime ;

    currentTime = new Date();
    dfTime = new DateField("Fajar : ", DateField.TIME,);
    dfTime.setDate(currentTime)
    fmMain.append(dfTime );

    ..............
    please help me as i don't wana print current time, i wana give from variable. how to do. I m beginer in J2ME

    Hi,

    You can use another constructor of Date(long date) and setInputMode(int mode) method of DateField class.
