    Hi,

    Is the free Carbide.c++ including professional or OEM editions which can let me use application debugging?

    Thank you.

    Carbide.c++ Professional and OEM are not FREE.

    Carbide.C++ Express version is Free which allows you to debug on emulator (but not on device)

    For more information on Carbide.C++ version follow http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Carbide.c%2B%2B link

    They all are different. Carbide.c++ comes in four different flavours:
    * Express Edition (Free)
    * Developer Edition
    * Profession Edition
    * OEM edition

    On device debugging doesn't come under Express edition. You can purchase least cost version, i.e Developer edition which has On-device debugging feature.

    You can ofcourse install the developer/professional/OEM editions which are not free, but this license will be valid for 21 days ( am not sure how many days it is for each really, may vary a little). After this free license expires, you are free to use it as the express edition unless you provide it with a valid license to use the higher features.

    Note that this free trial may not work if you have already installed a carbide product and passed those trial days period already
