    Post Technical support

    Hi,

    I was trying to submit a Support Request in https://pro.forum.nokia.com/myHome.do but I failed.

    The first step is accepting NDA but 'I agree' -button opens the NDA page again. Only thing that happends after selecting 'I agree' is that page reloads with a bit different address:

    (removed h from https to avoid url-tags)

    So could I get some support for requesting support

    Hi Roose,

    Can you add information about your computer and browser (OS, version, browser, version). Also tell if you are running the computer behind a firewall.
    I think these might be important in troubleshooting this.

    Thanks for your response.

    OS:
    Windows XP SP2
    Browser:
    1. Firefox 3.0.1
    2. IE 7.0.5730.11
    I'm sure that the network I'm in is protected by harware firewall. I don't have more precise info about firewall at the moment.

    I have used the technical support previously without problems (previous one was in June).

    I tryied it with different computer, with proxy and without proxy. My network is using NAT.

    btw. I tryied with Opera also - same result.

    I'm not sure if this makes any difference, but seems like 'I agree' and 'decline' have a same link location...

    Would it be possible for you to try from a different computer from a different network ? Just to give a try..

    Thanks for your message Gopal.

    I tryied with different xp-computer in different network with same result.

    So no luck yet...

    Am I onlyone with this problem ?

    Ok...

    I have been trying to disable all popup blockers, allow all javascript things, I even tryied with iPhones browser.

    Failure to submit technical support request... Quality_impression++

    Yes, I am frustrated....
