    Try This:

    //MIDlet-Push-<n>: <ConnectionURL>, <MIDletClassName>, <AllowedSender>
Put this line in your JAD file

    Code:
    MIDlet-Push-1: autostart://:, ClassName, *

the method suggested by ypele does not work on Nokia phones. I think Sony-Ericsson phones support that functionality though.

    Hi Hartti,
the Autostart Push Registry AMS Listener has tested properly on
    Nokia 6120 and worked wonderfully.
in SE, Push Reg is blocked, even if you set listeners up..(any).
i reckon it all focus on Cellular provider, upon its requests when purchasing phones from Vendor....
maybe depended on the Network,Varient and vendor.

    Re: Launch MIDlet during boot

I stand corrected. I have not tested that myself on newer S60 phones and apparently our documentation has not been updated properly to include this use for push registry.

    Sorry for that.

    Hartti,
I have tested Push Reg to include it in a POC Upon customer request over Nokia 6120
Push Reg - SOCKET,DATAGRAM (STATIC - over JAD)
    and Autostart -
    works super!

Bare in mind - do check Cell Provider and vendor.sometimes they do intend to block few MIDP Configurations..
