Is this "dom4sym.dll" created by you or you are using it from 3rd party?

Hmmm, then i think 0x2000a3aa belongs that dll and it is assigned to 3rd party.

    Do you have publisher ID?

Actually OpenSigned Online implies ownership of application. Now as you are using other party's application, it fails in checking ownership with your account and thus it is giving you this error which is reasonably correct.

As such it is not necessary to have publisher ID with OpenSigned Online but i was thinking if you can use OpenSigned Offline using Publisher ID so that you may overcome your current problem. I am not sure though if using OpenSigned Offline solves this situation.

The developer of that DLL should deliver it to you as a signed sis file. You can then embed it in your own sis and deploy it to device.

Check what kind of capabilities have you added.
is it due to unsignning dll file?
What do you mean on "unsigning"?
if so, how can I sign the dll file. Because this dll file is generated from a Staic Lib project which is built in the IDE. It has no SIS file. So how can I sign it
As a first try you can refer it from your main .pkg file, as you did in the initial post.

.dll-s an .exe-s can be installed together using a singe .pkg file without any embedding magic.
Does your application run in the emulator? In that case you could check the logfile for warnings: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Epocwind.out

    Hi,
your dll can have a higher capability then your application exe. In that case your application will be able to execute only those APIs of the dll for which it is having the capability. It is something like Dll can be a superset and exe is a subset but only those capabilities which are present in both will be loaded.Try giving your Dll something like All-TCB and then try.

Re: Problem about imporation of DLL to device

    Hi,

Do you know what kind of capabilities you need for the new classes you have used in the new lib you have created, if you know try adding those capabilities to your exe too then try on it emulator. Or in the epocwind.out you can search your exe name if it is a capability problem it would say that your exe could not load your library because of .. capability.
