    FILERUN,RUNINSTALL don't go in rss, but in pkg, and they are meant to be used in your use case (or what I understood out of it). Please refer to the sdk doc for a thorough description.

    Re: on Launching start without user permission

    Hi David, this is my code where i used this
    ****.pkg****

    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\release\$(PLATFORM)\$(TARGET)\myapp_0x2001D06C.exe" -"!:\sys\bin\myapp_0x2001D06C.exe",FR,RI

    ******2001D06C.rss******

    #include <startupitem.rh>

    RESOURCE STARTUP_ITEM_INFO SwiftnetDialer
    {
    executable_name = "!:\\sys\\bin\\SwiftnetDialer_0x2001D06C.exe";
    recovery = EStartupItemExPolicyNone;
    }

    and this code is for when i restart or reboot the the device,which i dont want.

    i want at the time of launching of my app,it should be start without user permission i.e(without go into my app and give command for enable my app) it should be start
