CW On Device Debugging with TRK error

I have set the all requied steps followed by the manual of CW On Device Debugging.. On the Device,TRK start up successfully,it prints:
    "Status:Connected
    PDD:NONE
    LDD:EUSBC
    CSY:ECACM
    Port number:1
    Baud rate:115200
    ".
And also I configured the CodeWarrior as the manual says, the PC suit now is installed on the developing PC.
But when I clicked the debug icon,I got an error:cannot connect to metro trk(maybe target reset required or ..)
    What's the problem?
    Thanks!!

to look for which port it is, you may need to go to device manager and check the com port your device has been given.

and choose that port on CW on PC... on TRK (device), you need not do any configuration...

Yes, I have selected the com port to connect. The COM port is COM9 that my device give to connect with CW. There are several USB ports, I changed one to another, and then modified the COM port, but it is still the problem.
On the CW debug window,it prints:
    Command: 0x00 Ping
    [00 00]
    ---TRK------------------------------------------------------
    Command: 0x80 Acknowledge
    Error: 0x00
    [80 00 00]
    ---IDE------------------------------------------------------
    Command: 0x01 Connect
    [01 01]
    ---IDE------------------------------------------------------
    Command: 0x01 Connect
    [01 01]
    ---IDE------------------------------------------------------
    Command: 0x01 Connect
    [01 01]

My handset is N82. Is it supported by ODD_Kit_Aug_06 patch?? Someone says that the pack is only compatible with the following devices:Nokia 3250、Nokia E62、Nokia N71、Nokia N80、Nokia N91, N92, N93
There is a link to a latest version of ODD_Kit..But I connot download from it..

well I am not sure about this kit, but if you can, try Carbide 1.3 and try on-device there.
It is very simple to use, and on-device-debug FEATURE is free for few days until u plan to buy the licence. Carbide however is completely free and much better than CW and has better support too..
