    Webpage based on gps location

Uncertain if this is the correct thread, but anyway.

I'm creating an application (webpage) which changes it apperance after the gps location to the user, example if the user is in france the webpage will be displayed in french. I have a python script that creates a xml-file with the gps info. My problem is how do I send the file on my mobile to my server through the buildt-in webbrowser in symbian 3rd ed?
