why can't i transfer the package with the application installer?

i've used Carbide.ui theme edition to create a theme for my 6300. after making the theme an "nth" file i tried to transfer it to my phone using the application installer, but i can't see the theme at the "my computer" box. n i can't transfer anything coz the "install" button couldn't be pressed.

i tried to transfer it directly from "workspace" through nokia pc suite file manager, it worked but the theme can't be used.
is there another way to transfer the theme? n is there ne situation that would make the file untransferrable via application installer??

any suggestion/solution provided will be appreciated!
    thank you!

    Hi Kat,

As ur asked "is there another way to transfer the theme? ".....
I would like to suggest you to transfer the theme using ur phone's bluetooth or use the USB cable.

Once your "nth" file has been created in a location, go to that location, right click on the nth file you find "Send To" option, choose "bluetooth device", search for ur device and then connect it and tranfer the nth file.

This can even be transfered by the USB cable that is provided with the phone.

    Hope this helps u ...

    Regards,
    Rajeshwari.

    Hi ...

I guess the reason for the phone to display that the theme is destroyed while installing might be the nth file is not created using the 2.0 version while packaging.

as per the phone version indicated .. for this the nth file has to be created using the option :Series 40 Theme v2.0 as the target version in the packaging window.
