    Google maps

    Hi guys,

    I would like to ask you if it is possible to have a pointer(a mark) in a google map.

    I mean: I use the GPS to get my current position and I manage to see it using google maps api. What I would like to have is a pointer showing where is exctly my position... is it possible?

    thanks

    Re: Google maps

    Hi antonio,

    you can take a look at Google Static Maps API reference, specifically at the Markers section:

    http://code.google.com/apis/maps/doc...cmaps/#Markers

    using the 'markers' argument you'll be able to add customizable markers to your map
    As an example (taken from linked page):
    markers=40.702147,-74.015794,blues|40.711614,-74.012318,tinygreen|40.713504,-74.005607,midyellowc
