    TFindProcess and RProcess in E32Main problem

    Is it possible to put this code in the E32Main of a UI Application?

    Code:
    GLDEF_C TInt E32Main()
    	{
    	TFindProcess findProcess (_L("Boomering*"));
    	   TFullName result;
    	   TInt count =0;
    	   while(findProcess.Next(result) == KErrNone )
    	      {
    	      ++count;
    	       if(count > 1)
    	         {
    	         RProcess ph;
    	         ph.Open(findProcess);

    	         }
    	      }

    	return EikStart::RunApplication( NewApplication );
    	}
    My goal - to see if i am already running this program . if so , open it , if not - create it .
    it is a UI application , s60 3rd FP1_2.

    Re: TFindProcess and RProcess in E32Main problem

    Your code in the if-block is incomplete, otherwise, yes, E32Main is the entry point of your program, and you can put code into it.

    Otherwise note that in case of GUI-applications the framework inherently ensures that only one instance is going to run at a time. Why do you think your additional code is necessary?

    When i use RWindowGroup for sending to background , i can run the same application again and it creates a new process with the same name . is it a bug ?
