    Question S40 5th Ed fp1(supernova models)

    Hi All,

IS there any configuration changes in the nokia Supernova models (7610,7310,7210) ??
The platform is S405thEdFP1. Application is working in 6600 slide and fold which is of the same platform as supernova. But it doesnt work on supernova models.
Do any one have an idea??

    Thanks

    Hi Geethaarasu,

6600 slide and Supernova models have some differences in supported set of JSRs. You can start checking their specifications here, to be sure that the JSR you've used are supported by Supernova models you're testing on:

    7210 Supernova
    6600 Slide

Apart from this, doesn't your application install/start at all, or does it give some Exceptions during its execution?

    Thanks for your reply jappit.
By the way i could there 2 JSR not in the supernova which is
    JSR 185 JTWI
JSR 120 Wireless Messaging API. Apart from which both have the same JSRs. IS it because of absence of thse 2 JSrs the application is not working??

More over i am able to install the application, Basically the application would go to the url and launch the browser .In this case it shows failed to coneect to internet but i am able to browse the other webpages in the web browser (which means the access points are correct). Only with my application i am able to get launch the browser wherre it says failed connect to internet. Hope you can understand my problem now.

    Thanks again for your reply.

Make sure the predeined access point for MIDlets is properly defined.
The walk-though described in here is done with older models but shoudl be something similar with supernovas as well
