[Moved] Not Showing Access points options in E61i while creating a connection

    Hi All,

I have developed a midlet using S60 FP2 SDK and installed in E61i mobile phone.
In that midlet i create a connection to transfer a data.
While i running that midlet, the mobile is not listing the access points when i creating a connection.
But while opening the browser its showing the access points.

Please help me, whether i have to enable any option for that.

    Thanks,
    venkat.

Re: Not Showing Access points options in E61i phone while creating a connection in mi

    Hi,

Debug your application may be it is throwing some exception which is not caught by the application and your midlet ki not execute open connection part of code

Set your APN settings of operator in settings of application

    Thanks
    Ravi

Does it connect to the net?
How many access points do you have available?
Do other MIDlets show the AP list?

    Hi hartti/ALL,

I have checked in Web browsing it shows the access point list.
And also i installed the same midlet in E51 phone, in that also access point list is shown.
I want to know whether i have enable any settings.

    Thanks,
    venkat.

This happens at the first attempt? Sounds to me like a opened stream/connection.

Use Fexplorer after exiting your MIDlet and see if there is a task with its name still running.
