    File removal during application uninstallation

    Hi all,
I am working on S60 3rd edition. In my application i create a directory in c:\\system\\data and create a file in that directory
The total path is c:\\system\\data\\E6CC65F2\\text.txt. I want that when i uninstall the application from the phone, the directory that i created (E6CC65F2\\) along with the file should be removed. Is it possible in symbian c++??. If yes pls guide me as to how i can achieve it.

    thanks and regards,
    Krishna.

    Hi,
You can remove the desired file on uninstallation using
"" - "C\system\data\my_runtime_generated_file", FILENULL in your pkg file.

    Hi kumar_sai123,

Use this in your pkg file.

    Code:
    ;Files to Remove
    "" - "C:\system\data\my_runtime_generated_file", FN
FN is FILENULL as yogpan said.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Ravi
