[moved] UI: navigating screens with buttons

I am developing a mobile application using PyS60, and would like to develop an attractive UI.

I would like to provide user with click-able buttons to navigate through the application (no menus).

I have not found any examples of this. Does anyone know if this is possible? Has anyone come across any good UI examples on PyS60?

Thanks in advance for your expertise.

Re: UI: navigating screens with buttons

You can display the buttons as images, and keep track of them in an array. Depending on keypresses (which arrow key is pressed) you highlight a certain button. If the user selects that button you show a certain screen.

Check out PyCalc as an example application that uses buttons to get user input.
