    Post Unicode Display

    Hi,
We are looking at building a client which can display multiple languages even though the unicode fonts are not installed on the J2ME handsets. Is there any way where I can install the fonts on the handset and use that to display?

    Regards.

    Re: Unicode Display

The only working solution (across multiple devices) is to include (bitmap) fonts in you MIDlet and draw the text as graphics yourself always on Canvas.

As Hartti has already explained that you can use user defined/Custom Fonts for the underlined purpose. The idea will be

@ Have a images(.png preferably) including all the characters,
for the reference you can hit this link,
