Question X.509 encrypted email for Nokia S60 3rd edition (E71)

I'm using an email server which is not ActiveSync compatible.

Does anybody here know if it is possible to decrypt X.509 encrypted email in the existing Nokia Email application, using a corresponding client side X.509 certificate?

I know I can import it in the store, I just do not seem to be able to use it to decrypt my emails. As a result only the mailheaders are readable, but not the email message content.

When it is not possible, does anybody here know of a a third party email application (paid or free) which does support X.509 encrypted emails?

    Thanks in advance.

This question is better re-asked on end-user support discussion boards, like http://discussions.europe.nokia.com
