    convert graphics to mbm format

    Hi,

I need to make icons for the listbox. I can make icons in any standard file format (e.g., gif, jpg, png, etc.) but haven't been able to find how to covert them to mbm. Can anyone help me out?

    Thanks in advance.

Re: convert graphics to mbm format

There is a tool called bmconv.exe that comes with the S60 SDK.
If you have a bmp file in C:\ for example, open Windows command prompt, type the following and press Enter to navigate to C:\
    Code:
    cd C:\
    and then
    Code:
    C:\>bmconv pic.mbm pic.bmp
where pic.bmp is the source bitmap picture and pic.mbm is the name of the resulting mbm file.

Re: convert graphics to mbm format

I have successfully created mbm icons and used them in the listbox. The only problem is that the colors are inverted - does anyone have any advice for preserving the original colors? I used the simple paint program to make my test icon.

    Thanks
