I am downloading JPEG-files for the Nokia 3510i and using them as wallpapers. Image resolution is 96x65.
The phone handles file resolution very strange: Directly after downloading the file the phone displays "Image received". Options->Details shows a resolution of "96x64", but the file is "96x65". When using this file as a wallpaper the phone displays a small white line at the bottom of the screen, because line No. 65 is missing.
When I use files of "96x66" pixels this size is displayed correctly (Options -> Details), but now there is a white line on the right side of the screen (probably because image is scaled down).
Is this a bug in the Nokia 3510i? Can it only handle even numbers of pixels? Is there any way to avoid this bug?
P.S.1: My software version is V 3.40
P.S.2: The pre-installed wallpapers look just the same: White line at bottom.
