    Question Can u create a virtual directory in J2ME

    Hello guys i was thinking about this any ideas.....

    Hi,

    since there's not a "virtual directory" concept in Java ME, here are some random tips/alternatives:

    * use RMS instead of real files: this way, device file managers should not be able to read your data
    * use private work directory of your MIDlet suite, whose path is available by using the "fileconn.dir.private" System property
    * use FileConnection setHidden() method to hide your data within device filesystem
