    Post PIM application

    Hi

I have an application to be made which uploads phonebook and sim card contacts to a web server.

I have to upload the updated contacts to the web server periodically.

Now my problem is how do i come to know whether any contact in the phonebook have updated or edited or deleted.

As i have to upload the contacts, only which are modified, not all on the successive uploads.

Have any one worked on such kind a project. Any help related to the topic will be highly
    appreciated.

    Thanks
    Sagar

    Re: PIM application

You could duplicate the uploaded data in RMS, and compare. But this could be a lot of data. Easier to store names and some kind of checksum or CRC for the uploaded data for each contact.
