How can I detect List's focus change.

I have a Implicit List as displayable in order to display the list of building.
When user press up or down(focus to the new name in the list) I want to detect the new focus event in order to play the speech of the building name)

All provided List command is just List.SELECT_COMMAND.

Is anyone has an idea, plz let me know. Thanks in advance ^^

one method is to continously loop for the selected index and accordingly output the vocals....selected index can be found out by the getSelectedIndex() function
