    Thumbs down Run time component focus

    I am developing an application using LWUI Tool kit. In that I required to develop a form that shows the component focus at runtime. The form contains a combobox which includes list of source names and also contains the string for user specific data- "other", when we select the "other" from the combobox. The TextField just below the combobox is visible & get focussed. The TextField is visible as usual but it can't get focussed, until when we press down button.
    I written the following code, for that purpose----
    if(combobox.getSelectedItem().toString.equals("other)){
    textfield.setVisible(true);
    textfield.setFocus(true);
    }else{
    textfield.setFocus(false);
    textfield.setVisible(false);
    }

    Is there any possible solution? pls, guide me-----
    Thanks in advance---------

    Hi neeraja,

    to actually set focus on a LWUIT Component you should use the setFocused() method of the container Form instance.
