S60 API in PHP crashes MWS

Hi I am trying to get started with this, I tried phpinfo, and that works. So I put up an example script.
    http://wiki.opensource.nokia.com/pro...#Example_Usage

When I try that http process daemon dies. From what I understand, I need to change the permissions, however, i am unable to do so in application manager. Can someone tell me how do i go about this?

It's a rather painful excersize and not really doable unless you can rebuild the web-server. Basically the procedure is:

    • Get the source-code of the Symbian port of the Apache web-server.
    • Change the default capability set, so that [Read|Write]DeviceData is included.
    • Build the web-server and all its modules.
    • Create the sis-file and have it signed with a strong enough certificate.
    • Install

If this is an option for you, I can provide more detailed instructions.
