I send it ,but my 7650 can't receive it at all.but if I change the UDH to below:
    06 UDHL = 6 bytes
05 IEI 05 = Application port addressing scheme, 16 bit address
    04 IEDL = 4 bytes
    C34F D port
    0000 O port

my 7650 can receive it and recognise it is a Configuration Info.Oh!My God!

2>I don't understand the SI header part's mean

    01 Transaction ID (Push ID)
    06 PDU Type = Push PDU 0x06 (WAP-230-WSP Table 34)
    03 HeadersLen = ContentType.length() + PushHeaders.length() 0x?? (WAP-230-WSP 8.2.4.1)
    AE [Push Header] Content-Type: application/vnd.wap.sic 0x2E | 0x80 (http://www.wapforum.org/wina/wsp-content-type.htm)
    8D [Push Header] Content-Length: 0x0D | 0x80 (WAP-230-WSP Table 39)
    5D ContentLength = 0x5D

    Dear riolg,

Did you have answers regarding your post on sending SI via
    SMS?
Please if so, how is this done with respect to the binary hex
    information supplied.
I have tried to send them through SMPP but nothing arrived,
and when I did change the Destination/Originator ports to
C34F/0000 as you did, I received a "Configuration" message.

So how can you send an SI message?

    Many Thanks,
    choumanb
