    Forum Nokia withdraws Carbide.vs

Forum Nokia has determined that, now that Carbide.c++ is available free of charge, Carbide.vs no longer offers a strategic development option for Symbian C++ development. As a result, Forum Nokia has withdrawn both Carbide.vs 2.0 and Carbide.vs 3.0. If you need access to a copy of Carbide.vs for archive purposes, please contact feedback.carbide@nokia.com.

You are welcome to continue using this forum to exchange information with other Carbide.vs users.

Thumbs down Re: Forum Nokia withdraws Carbide.vs

Where can we download the latest version?
I don't want to switch to Carbide.c++. It's even more bogus in my opinion. Prefer to stay with VS 2005 + Visual Assist X

You should really try Carbide.c++ and give the relevant feedback so that the tool can be improved.

I respect your decision to stop supporting development for visual studio. But, for history sake, can you please provide at least an URL for download for those who really don't want to use carbide?

    Bests.

I wrote a post to that email and have no answer. I had to spend weeks to force Carbide.c++ to cooperate. There are problems with moving projects, auto-builds and other things. I'd like to use VS instead.
